I then went to online support and got basically the same response. She said I should hear back in a few weeks? I just bought my MA and haven't even flown it yet. When I tried to tell her that the RC still did not connect to the PC, she told me to take a video of the controller attempting to connect to Assistant 2 and send it in to online support. She then tried to tell me everything was ok and there was no update. First I called support and the person that I spoke to confirmed that the software was current for the RC. I have to say though that I am disappointed with online & phone support from DJI. Any further issue, please feel free to let us know.
